Why anyone would want to live or even invest in Detroit is beyond me but this proves just how desperate things have become in the worst of the worst 'big cities' in this country. Here a paperboy could wind up owning half the town (if he doesn't get shot in the back first) with a week's pay! There ya have it folks, a house, for sale, for one dollar and it still took over two weeks to find a buyer.
